The app is free to use, with no account or subscription required. The source code is available under Apache License 2.0.

The current releases are not signed with a paid developer certificate, and the macOS app is not notarized. Check that the file came from GitHub Releases.

If macOS says the developer cannot be verified, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. Apple’s guide explains the different warning types.

In Windows SmartScreen, you can choose More info → Run anyway. Organization policies or other restrictions may make this option unavailable.

Camera RAW, DNG, 8-bit and 16-bit TIFF, JPEG and PNG are supported. RAW compatibility depends on the camera, file format, operating system and decoder version.

You need it to connect a film scanner directly. Check supported scanners for model requirements and installation. Camera copies and existing scan files can be imported without the plugin.

Edits are stored separately in the catalog. Original images and sidecars from other apps are not modified. Export the finished photograph as a separate file.

Select several photographs to paste settings or apply a preset. Copy and paste lets you choose which groups to paste. Full settings paste and presets also include crop and rotation.

Save a JPEG or 16-bit TIFF from Print and export, then open it in another photo editor. You can also choose the output color space and ICC profile.
